I will definitely return. the hotel was clean and the location right across from a huge shopping mall was fantastic. the room we stayed in was soundproof and felt fresh, equipped with a comfortable King Size bed, hair dryer, and bedroom. the service was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The location, near the campuses of Amherst College, Smith, UMASS and Hampshire, is great. It's also located near a lot of shopping and restaurants.
It really needs a renovation. New carpeting, new paint, upgraded TVs (still using convex screens). The bed mattresses are shot. The rooms smell from artificial "freshener."
