Highly Recommend for Budget Travelers

The staff was super friendly and really patient with me, always ready to help whenever I had questions or issues. The room I got was huge, had nice wood floors, and the mattress was good enough for a solid night's sleep.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was definitely worth the price you pay.

Very clean, more comfortable than most, very kind and friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly and patient. The pool was my go-to spot to relax after a long day. I loved having a spacious room and the wood floors were a nice touch too. Definitely a great value for the price!

Our room was soundproof and new-fashioned with dryer and bedroom and a King Size bed. The free parking was on site, good service.

An Unexpected Nightmare

Our experience was chaotic as we discovered our reservations were for a hotel that no longer exists. Customer service fell short, providing no meaningful assistance except cancellation. We now face long drives to our new accommodations. Traveling here? Confirm your bookings!

The location . A refrigerator was in the room.

No hotel clerk on duty when I arrived. Despite ringing bell on desk several times , I waited nearly 5 minutes for an unapologetic desk clerk to come in from outside. A few elderly women who were relaxing in the small lobby reassured me that the clerk was around somewhere, " probably outside having a smoke." they suggested. The fan/light made an awful noise so I only used the lights above the mirror. I couldn't adjust the room temperature. The a/c made the room too cold and I was unable to turn the a/c off or the heat on. The a/c - heating unit seemed to be on an automatic cycle , shutting/on on a regular interval. No microwave in the room.

The location, near the campuses of Amherst College, Smith, UMASS and Hampshire, is great. It's also located near a lot of shopping and restaurants.

It really needs a renovation. New carpeting, new paint, upgraded TVs (still using convex screens). The bed mattresses are shot. The rooms smell from artificial "freshener."

A Peaceful Stay with Helpful Staff

I recently enjoyed my time at this simple yet charming inn. The staff was friendly, always ready to help, and the atmosphere was calming. It would be nice if they offered a larger dining selection.
